Many people are not aware that Nevada police cannot simply pull you over arbitrarily. With the exception of certain checkpoint situations, there has to be reasonable suspicion for a traffic stop to take place. Police have to witness a traffic violation or observe you driving unsafely.  If you have been arrested for DUI in Las Vegas due to an arbitrary traffic stop, your rights have been violated under Nevada constitution.
