Hint: It’s Probably Not Where You Think
When you hear that prostitution is legal in Nevada, you may assume that means that it is in Las Vegas. Contrary to popular belief, prostitution is still forbidden in “Sin City.” However, there are other parts of the state where the “World’s Oldest Profession” is allowed. It remains the only state in the county where this is the case. But if you engage in the act outside of where it is legal, you could face criminal charges.
At the Law Offices of Garrett T. Ogata, we represent individuals who have been charged with prostitution in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada. Our lawyers will help you understand the charges and fight to ensure that you receive the best possible outcome in your case. If you have been arrested for prostitution or another sex crime in Las Vegas, contact our office at (702) 366-0891 to schedule a free consultation.
